Remove Comments Link


For the beginners in Blogging, they often feel shy, when a link '0 comments' is displayed in their blog. For the visitors at the Blog, this link may influence the visitors mind. Visitors often feel that 'this blog is not a professional one'. If you think alike, then why not we remove this link? Removing this link does not mean that visitors can not post their comments. There is absolutely no harm.
1. Go to Template - Edit HTML of your blog and Tick 'Expand Widget Template'.
2. Now Find the below chunk of code:

        <b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;item&quot;'>

      </span> </div>
      <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-2'/>
3. If you can not find the above code, then try finding with the last line only.
4. Simply delete the codes highlighted in green.
5. Click Save Template and you are done.

N.B: You take a back up always of your template before editing anything as a safety measure.
